Assembly Instructions

Dear Customer,

Your bicycle is carefully pre-assembled and adjusted at the factory. Before shipment, it also undergoes a thorough inspection. Nevertheless, in rare cases, minor changes to the adjustments may occur during transportation by the carrier.

Why Is Professional Final Assembly Necessary?

For your safety, we recommend having the bicycle professionally assembled and finely adjusted before your first ride. This ensures that the brakes, gears, handlebars, stem, wheels, pedals, and all safety-related bolts and fasteners function correctly.

Factory Pre-Assembly

98% assembled: Only the pedals need to be installed, and the handlebars/stem require final adjustment.

92% assembled: In addition, the front wheel must be installed and properly adjusted.

Components Most Likely to Be Affected During Transport

Brakes – Minor movement during transport may result in brake rub, reduced braking performance, or uneven braking.

Gear System – Fine adjustment of the gears may also be necessary after transport.

Tasks Requiring Technical Knowledge
  • Precise adjustment of the brakes
  • Accurate adjustment of the gear shifting system
  • Correct installation of the pedals
  • Inspection of all safety-related bolts and fasteners

We strongly recommend that the final assembly be carried out by a qualified bicycle mechanic or a certified bicycle workshop.

  • Gear system – shifting performance and adjustment
  • Handlebars and stem – correct position and secure fastening
  • Wheels and axle fastenings – correctly installed and securely fastened
  • Pedals – correctly installed (see owner's manual)
