We deliver free of charge to all EU countries for orders over a certain value. Bicycle shipping is only possible within Germany, please note separate shipping conditions!

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, BeNeLux, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary. Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Germany: for orders over 50 euros, shipping is free, otherwise 4.90 euros per delivery or order.
For orders over €50.00, shipping is free.

Please note: Shipping of bicycles is only possible within Germany and in Germany (mainland) delivery is completely free of charge to the curb! Please note that an island surcharge of EUR 75.00 is charged for shipping bicycles in Germany (island). Please note separate information for shipping bicycles !

Deliveries abroad:

Austria, BeNeLux, Denmark: for orders over 400 euros, shipping is free, otherwise 9.90 euros per delivery or order.
For orders over 400.00 € we offer free shipping.

France, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary: for orders over 400 euros, shipping is free, otherwise 14.90 euros per delivery or order.
For orders over 400.00 € we offer free shipping.

Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Portugal, Romania: for orders over 500 euros, shipping is free, otherwise 19.90 euros per delivery or order.
For orders over €500.00, shipping is free.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
