29 INCH MTB HARDTAIL BICYCLE MOUNTAIN BIKE GRX 8 SHIMANO ALTUS 24 GEAR
Are you tired of constantly driving behind the exhaust fumes of city traffic? Take a break - leave the boring streets and enjoy nature! The Airtracks GRX 8 mountain bike makes this possible!
The 68cm wide handlebar and the stable Ahead stem allow for easy handling on bumpy terrain. Since this is a hardtail, we cannot do without a suspension fork with a long travel. Under the cockpit is the Suntour XCT30 with a travel of 100mm. It is equipped with robust steel springs, which offer linear suspension behavior.
The 24-speed Shimano Altus gears ensure easy shifting and a wide gear range. A must for every MTB - the disc brakes! To ensure that they grip well, the bike is equipped with hydraulic ones - M2 CLARKS. To make the braking effect even more powerful, we have a larger brake disc at the front (180mm) compared to the rear (160mm). For frequent riders, disc brakes are the right choice, as the rim flanks are not clogged by braking. This saves you having to replace the wheels and only buy new brake discs in addition to the brake pads. The disc brakes find their most important advantage in bad weather conditions, i.e. in rain and dirt - then they work better than conventional rim brakes. Here we are also up to date - the disc brakes have a centerlock mount, which allows for a faster change than with a conventional 6-hole mount.
If you want to be faster and more stable, get this "Twentyniner". Due to the larger wheels, 29 inch MTBs have a larger tread, meaning more grip. They run easier than smaller wheels, the speed is maintained for longer and the risk of slipping in corners is also minimized.
This bike is delivered 98% assembled. Only the handlebars and pedals need to be attached. The final assembly ready for use must be carried out by a qualified person.
