The 680mm wide handlebar and the stable Ahead stem allow for easy handling on bumpy terrain. Since this is a hardtail, a suspension fork is a must. Under the cockpit is the Suntour SF-19 with a suspension travel of 100mm. It is equipped with robust steel springs, which offer linear suspension behavior.
The 21-speed Shimano Tourney gear system gives you a wide gear ratio. To ensure that you can shift gears quickly and comfortably, you also get the EZ Fire Plus brake/shift lever combination from Shimano Acera. A must for every MTB - the disc brakes! To ensure that they grip well, the Sprint Maverick has the hydraulic Shimano BR-MT200 body and 160mm brake discs. For frequent riders, the disc brakes are the right choice, as the rim flanks will not wear out due to braking. This saves you having to replace the wheels and, in addition to the brake pads, you only have to buy new brake discs. The disc brakes have their most important advantage in bad weather conditions, i.e. in rain and dirt - then they work better than conventional rim brakes.
The 27.5s are the new 26 inch MTBs! The 27.5" is a comfortable size for big and small mountain bikers and the perfect compromise in terms of stiffness and maneuverability.
This bike is delivered 98% assembled. Only the handlebars and pedals need to be attached. The final assembly ready for use must be carried out by a qualified person.
