If you are looking for an urban bike and one gear is not enough for you, then the fixie or single speed is not suitable for you, but hopefully the AIRTRACKS UR.2825 is!

With this bike you get a maintenance-free hub gear, the Shimano Nexus 7 speed, and no unnecessary frills to save weight. Tektro V-brakes mounted on the board provide better braking performance than expensive dual-pivot brakes or heavy mechanical Disc brakes. As is usual for bikes with hub gears, there is no coaster brake, so this is a clear advantage for you if you can't cope with such a brake.

If you ever decide to make the bike suitable for all weather conditions, that shouldn't be a problem, as the frame and fork have mounting holes for permanently mounted mudguards. You could also add a luggage rack to the back.

In order to save even more weight, the UR.2825 does not come with a suspension fork, but with a rigid fork. The lower weight is not the only advantage - the muscle power used is better transferred to the road by a rigid fork. This has to do with that the suspension fork absorbs some of your power.

The 42mm wide Schwalbe KOJAK 700C tires ensure sufficient grip and comfort on uneven roads and bumpy bike paths.

If you plan to commute to work with your bike and don't want to use special cycling trousers, you don't have to worry with the UR.2825. It has a full-surface chain guard, which reduces maintenance work and offers much better protection against dirt is guaranteed.

With the UR.2825 you get a simple urban bike that has the potential to be expanded into a perfect city bike.

This bike is delivered 98% assembled. Only the handlebars and pedals need to be attached. The final assembly ready for use must be carried out by a qualified person.
